I have always wanted to start a blog and share interesting things with friends and family. My original intent was to share some of my novice photography but I have also had an interest in creating a sort of travel and activity journal to highlight some cool stuff. So, in the coming weeks, I will be posting some things I have done in the past, paired with some new things, and see how things with the scottblog go. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the blog.

And, just a note, I wanted to see how the photo post works. I might play around with some different templates just to find the one that works the best. This photo is about 2 years old taken Labor day weekend in the Wind River Mountains as we were hiking into the Cirque of of the Towers area.
